A loyalty program paid for by new purchases
We analyze your program or program idea, define the rules and how to measure it, and help you choose between your point of sale and a loyalty platform.

35questions, 9 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Discounts are given without knowing to whom
- Coupons are tracked on paper or in a spreadsheet
- Nobody measures how many customers buy again
- The store program doesn't work online
- Rewards don't distinguish frequent from occasional customers
- The program's real cost is unknown
Company profile for loyalty, and when it is not a fit
Good fit
- You have customers who buy often in store, on the web or in an app.
- You give discounts or points and do not know if they drive extra purchases.
- Point balances do not match across tills or channels.
Poor fit
- You sell one-off or very infrequent purchases: there is no repeat purchase to reward.
- You do not identify the customer at the till: capture comes first.
- Margin leaves no room for rewards: a general discount is simpler.

The cost of staying as you are
Margin given away
Discounts to customers who would have bought anyway cut margin without bringing a single new sale.
Customers who don't return
Without identifying the customer, you cannot invite them to the second purchase, which is often the hardest.
A liability that doesn't show
Accumulated points are an obligation to the customer. If accounting doesn't see them, the period looks better than it is.
Loyalty analysis in four steps
Process and data first, the tool second. Each step ends in a deliverable you review.

Objective and customer
We define which behavior you want to change (second purchase, frequency, basket) and which customers you target.
Purchase data
We measure how many sales have an identified customer and calculate current repeat purchase: that is the baseline.
Rules and cost
We design earning, redemption and expiry rules, and estimate the program's cost with your data.
Tool and measurement
We compare your point of sale with loyalty platforms and define how to measure against a control group.
Your company's inputs to the loyalty project
The list is confirmed at the first meeting and adjusted to your case.
Data
- Sales with identified customers from recent months
- Current discount and reward rules
- Margin by product category

- Current program terms and conditions
Loyalty assessment and selection
We assess and help you choose
Scope
We analyze your program or program idea, define rules, cost and how to measure it, and help you choose between your point of sale's coupons and points and a loyalty platform. We coordinate with the provider and connect to your till and store; we do not offer our own implementation of a loyalty platform.
Program design
Objective, rules, estimated cost, terms and conditions and measurement method, using your purchase data.
Tool selection
Your point of sale's coupons and points against specialized platforms, with three-year cost.
Integration and measurement
Coordination with the provider, connection to till, store and CRM, and a repeat-purchase dashboard against a control group.
Market options for loyalty
In no order of preference. The choice comes from your requirements, your budget and the systems you already have.
Odoo Sales and Point of Sale
Odoo Sales and Point of Sale include loyalty programs, coupons and gift cards applied at the till and in the online store with the same balance. For programs with tiers, partners or complex rules, it is compared with specialized platforms.
Other platforms we assess
- Antavo
- Comarch Loyalty
- Talon.One
- Yotpo
- Open Loyalty
- Smile.io
Selection criteria
- Rules you need: points, tiers, coupons, partners
- The same balance at the till, online and in the app
- Repeat purchase and program cost reports
- Cost per member or per transaction
Loyalty limits and ways to cover them
Points do not make up for poor service
Repeat purchase is measured against a group without rewards before scaling up.
Unredeemed points are an outstanding obligation
Accounting defines how to record them from the program design stage.
No in-house implementation of a loyalty platform
We design rules and requirements, compare options and connect them to the till, web and CRM.

This analysis reviews how your company recognizes the customer at checkout, records points and coupons and measures whether members buy again. The questions describe store, redemption, accounting and personal data situations.
Scored dimensions
- Benefit rules and cost. It checks whether the rules for earning points, issuing coupons and granting discounts are written, applied by the system and have a known cost.
- Customer identified at purchase. It looks at how many receipts carry the customer's ID number or phone, whether there is one record per person and whether the history joins store and web.
- Balance and redemption across channels. It looks at where the points and coupon balance is recorded, whether the customer can check it and whether it is redeemed the same way at any till, store or online.
- Repeat purchase and program effect. It checks whether the company knows how many customers return, how often and with what average ticket, and whether it separates the program's effect from what would have happened anyway.
- Terms, data and liability. It checks whether program terms are published with their versions, whether enrollment complies with Peru's Law 29733 on personal data and whether accounting recognizes points pending redemption.
What you receive
At the end you receive your level in rules, identification, redemption, effect and terms, with the main gap in each. You also receive the first step for the checkout and for the program owner.

Common questions about loyalty
If your question is not listed, Diego answers it on WhatsApp during Lima business hours.
No. It pays off when there are repeat purchases and customers can be identified. The assessment and the repeat-purchase baseline tell you before you invest.
We do not offer our own loyalty platform implementation. We design the program, help you choose and connect it to your till and store.
By comparing members' repeat purchase with that of a similar group that doesn't take part, and subtracting the cost of rewards.
