A CRM so no sale depends on a rep's memory
We put your sales process in order, choose the tool with you and implement Odoo CRM connected to sales, invoicing and WhatsApp.
35questions, 9 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Nobody knows how many opportunities are open or at which stage
- Follow-ups depend on the rep's memory
- Leads from the website or ads arrive by email and get lost
- Management cannot project next month's sales
- Two reps handle the same customer without knowing it
- Nobody measures which channel sales come from
Company profile for CRM, and when it is not a fit
Good fit
- You have three or more reps and management needs to see the pipeline without asking for reports.
- You get leads from the website, ads or WhatsApp and do not know how long the first reply takes.
- A sale goes through meetings or quotes before it closes.
Poor fit
- You sell over the counter with no follow-up per customer: a point of sale fits better.
- One rep serves a few repeat customers: a shared calendar can be enough at first.
- The sales stages are not agreed yet: the process comes first.

The cost of staying as you are
Leads that go cold
A quote request that waits days for a reply often closes with another supplier.
Forecasts by guesswork
Without stages that have criteria, the monthly projection is the sum of what each rep believes. Purchasing and production plan on that number.
Accounts that leave with the rep
When someone leaves, their customers, conversations and quotes leave on their phone.
CRM analysis in four steps
Process and data first, the tool second. Each step ends in a deliverable you review.

Walk through a real sale
We follow a sale from first contact to invoice, with the people who make it. We note stages, criteria for moving forward and steps outside the system.
Customer data
We review the customer and contact list: duplicates, empty fields, who creates records and which history is worth migrating.
Requirements and options
We turn the gaps into requirements and compare them with Odoo CRM and with other platforms when your case calls for it.
Implementation tied to an indicator
We configure stages, assignment rules, activities and reports tied to one indicator, such as conversion by stage, measured before and after.
Your company's inputs to the CRM project
The list is confirmed at the first meeting and adjusted to your case.
Data
- Current customer and contact list, duplicates included
- Open opportunities with amount, stage and expected date
- Products and price lists used in quotes
People
- A sales manager who decides stages and rules
- Two or three reps for the walkthrough and tests
Access
- WhatsApp Business account and website forms
- Read access to the ERP or invoicing system
From assessment to CRM implementation
We implement this type of system
Scope
We implement CRM with Odoo CRM, connected to sales, invoicing and WhatsApp. If your case calls for another platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or Zoho, we compare options against your requirements and help you choose.
Sales process workshop
With your sales team we define stages, criteria, assignment rules and the reports management needs.
Odoo CRM implementation
Pipeline, teams, activities, quotes and connection to sales, e-invoicing and WhatsApp, in two-week cycles you approve.
Migration and adoption
We clean and migrate contacts and history, train key users and set up the sales meeting around the CRM.
Market options for CRM
In no order of preference. The choice comes from your requirements, your budget and the systems you already have.
Odoo CRM
Odoo CRM shares its database with sales, invoicing and inventory: a won quote becomes an order with no re-keying. It fits when the company already uses Odoo or is assessing it as its ERP.
Other platforms we assess
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- HubSpot CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Zoho CRM
- Pipedrive
Selection criteria
- How it connects to your ERP and e-invoicing
- Channels you need: web, ads, WhatsApp, phone
- Per-user license cost over three years
- Mobile use by reps out in the field
CRM limits and ways to cover them
A CRM does not organize a sale without agreed stages
Stages and their criteria are written down in the workshop, before configuration.
The forecast depends on what is recorded
The sales meeting runs on the CRM and reviews opportunities with no next activity.
The CRM does not issue e-invoices
The won quote becomes an order and invoice in the ERP. In Odoo they share one database.
Connections between CRM and other systems
Enterprise resource planning
The won quote becomes an order and an invoice.

See the systemCRM assessment: 35 questions, 9 minutes
This analysis measures how your company records customers, assigns zones, follows up visits and turns quotations into orders. The questions describe observable situations from daily sales work, from the salesperson's route to the sales meeting.
Scored dimensions
- Stages and lead intake. It observes whether each opportunity enters the CRM, is assigned by a rule and moves through stages with entry criteria.
- Customer portfolio and zones. It observes whether there is a single customer record by tax ID, with zone, assigned salesperson and a history that stays in the company.
- Visits and daily follow-up. It observes whether salespeople log visits, calls and next activities in the CRM and whether the sales meeting runs on those records.
- Quotation, prices and order. It observes whether the quotation uses the customer's price list and becomes a sales order in the ERP without retyping.
- Forecast and conversion. It observes whether the weighted pipeline comes from the CRM and is compared with invoiced sales by zone, channel and salesperson.
- Discounts and data use. It observes who sees and changes opportunities, who approves off-list discounts and on what basis each contact's data is used.
What you receive
When you finish, you receive your level in each sales follow-up dimension and the gaps ranked by priority. Each gap comes with a first action you can verify in your CRM or current spreadsheets.

Common questions about CRM
If your question is not listed, Diego answers it on WhatsApp during Lima business hours.
Yes. It measures your process, your data and your team, not a product. It works with any CRM or with none.
It depends on the teams, channels and integrations. We estimate it after the 30-minute review and split it into two-week cycles.
We clean them before migrating: we merge duplicates by tax ID or email and define who creates a new contact.
The online assessment and the 30-minute review with Diego are free and carry no commitment.
Only Diego Muñoz sees them, to prepare the review. They are not shared with third parties or used for bulk mailings.
