From plot to exported box, with every task recorded
We analyse how you record field work, labour, spraying and packing, help you choose the farm system and connect it to your payroll and ERP.

37questions, 10 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Field work is written in notebooks
- Labour cost per task and per plot is unknown
- Packhouse yields vary between shifts without explanation
- Certification requires traceability you cannot prove
- Agrochemical sprayings are not recorded by plot
- Piece-rate payroll is calculated by hand
The cost of staying as you are
Costs known too late
If cost per plot comes out at season close, pruning, irrigation and harvest decisions have already been made without it.
Complaints at every payday
Piece rates recalculated by hand generate errors, complaints and overtime in the office during the busiest week.
Traceability assembled on request
When the customer or auditor asks, the answer takes days and depends on notebooks that do not always turn up.
Farm management analysis in four steps
We work on the real season: what is written down in the field, what is keyed in at the office and what your certifier asks for.

A day in the field and the packhouse
We follow a crew leader, a sprayer operator and a packhouse shift, and note what is recorded, when and who keys it in again.
Plots, workers and sprayings
We review plot coding, the worker register and a sample of sprayings against what your certification requires.
Field requirements and test with foremen
We compare systems on offline recording, payroll handover, traceability to the pallet and cost per hectare.
Integration before the season
We coordinate a pilot on one farm outside harvest with the provider and connect the system to your payroll and ERP.
Farm management assessment and selection
We assess and help you choose
We analyse how field work, spraying, harvest and packing are recorded, define requirements and help you choose the farm system; then we coordinate with the provider and connect the system to your payroll and ERP. We do not offer our own implementation of farm systems.
Field and packhouse assessment
Map of current recording, proposed plot coding and gaps against your certification.
Farm system selection
Prioritised requirements, a field trial with your crew leaders and a decision matrix with three-year cost.
Payroll and ERP integration
Labour and piece rates to payroll, input usage to inventory and cost per plot to accounting.
Farm management: market options
In no order of preference. What weighs most is offline recording, the flow of day wages and piece rates to payroll and the traceability your destination market requires.

See the systemFarm management assessment: 37 questions, 10 minutes
This assessment measures how your company schedules and logs field work, records spraying and pre-harvest intervals, and traces fruit from plot to pallet. The questions describe situations you can observe on the farm, in the agrochemical store, in the packhouse and in payroll.
Scored dimensions
- Field work scheduling and timesheets. Looks at whether field work on each plot is scheduled weekly and recorded in the field with worker, plot and quantity.
- Plot codes and worker roster. Looks at whether plots, sectors, varieties and workers carry a stable code that every area uses the same way across seasons.
- Spray applications and pre-harvest intervals. Looks at whether each agrochemical application has an order, dose, applicator and plot on record, and whether harvest respects the safety interval.
- Traceability from field to pallet. Looks at whether fruit entering the packhouse keeps its plot of origin through to the exported box and pallet, with culls and their cause recorded.
- Cost and yield per hectare. Looks at whether labour, piece-rate pay and inputs reach payroll and the cost of each plot and task during the season.
What you receive
When you finish, you receive your farm operation's level across five dimensions and the gaps sorted by dimension. Each gap comes with a first action you can apply during the current season.
18 scored questions and 14 context questions (type of operation, size, current system). Context questions are not scored: they let us read the result against similar operations.
