Odoo with Peruvian accounting sorted and the licence in your name

When the assessment points to Odoo, we implement it with purchasing, inventory, sales and accounting in one system, and SUNAT compliance set up from the first milestone.

Our criteria

We recommend Odoo when your process calls for it

Odoo is an open-source ERP: apps that share a single database. A purchase order moves stock, records the supplier bill and posts the journal entry without anyone retyping it.

First we sort out the process, then we choose the system. If Odoo is not the answer, I tell you in the assessment.

We recommend it when

  • Purchasing, inventory and accounting live in separate files
  • You need the real cost per site, project or cost centre
  • You issue electronic invoices and keep PLE ledgers
  • You plan to add users and branches without changing system

We suggest another route when

  • The issue lies in approvals and a clear workflow solves it first
  • Your current system works and only needs a dashboard or an integration
  • Your transaction volume fits a simpler tool

Custom views

Custom screens where the standard view falls short

With OWL, the framework Odoo uses to draw its interface, we build the dashboards your team asks for and Odoo does not include, inside the same system and under the same permissions.

  • Site control centre: budget, committed, actual cost and margin
  • Budget-line control with an alert when the balance drops below the threshold
  • Purchase order approval by amount, from a phone
  • The code lives in your repository and belongs to you

Your company. You take out the Enterprise subscription and the invoice is issued to your company. We only manage the access you grant us.

Odoo S.A. publishes the per-user price on its website, and it varies by country and plan. Our proposal lists how many users you need and the annual cost, separate from our fees.

Yes. Enterprise installs on top of the same database. We plan the switch so it falls between two month-end closes.

We migrate customers, suppliers, products and opening balances using templates your team checks before we load them.

Yes. Your accountant signs off the chart of accounts, the taxes and the first close in Odoo before go-live is complete.

With Enterprise, Odoo S.A. upgrades the database as part of the subscription. We test the new version in staging and update the custom modules.

It depends on the apps and the volumes. The assessment sets a plan of weekly milestones with a go-live date.
