Fleet dispatch with measured cycles and delays
We analyse your dispatch, haul cycles and heavy fleet maintenance, help you choose the system and connect it to maintenance, fuel and your ERP.

36questions, 9 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Haul cycles are recorded by radio
- Trucks queue at shovels or crushers
- Operations and maintenance calculate availability differently
- Fuel per machine is not controlled
- Heavy fleet maintenance is reactive
- Operational delays have no recorded cause

The cost of staying as you are
Tonnes that never move
Every minute queuing at loading or dumping is paid fleet capacity that moves no material.
Stoppages with no owner
If a delay's cause is not recorded at the time, it is argued over the next day and never fixed.
Failures seen too late
Alarms that stay in the manufacturer's system end up as a major component out of service for days.
Mine dispatch analysis in four steps
Each step starts from a real shift: cycles, delays and stoppages as the dispatcher records them today.

A full shift in dispatch
We sit with the dispatcher and supervisors and note how assignment works, how each delay is reported and what is keyed in at the end.
Fleet definitions and data
We agree with operations and maintenance on the availability and utilisation formula, the cause list and a single code per machine.
Network, fleet and dispatch requirements
We compare dispatch systems by mine network coverage, compatibility with your mixed fleet and integration with maintenance.
Coordinated installation and maintenance link
We coordinate installation with the provider and connect dispatch, telemetry, fuel and maintenance to your ERP.
Mine dispatch assessment and selection
We assess and help you choose
We analyse dispatch, haul cycles and fleet maintenance, define requirements and help you choose the system; then we coordinate with the provider and connect it to maintenance, fuel and your ERP. We do not offer our own implementation of mine dispatch systems.
Dispatch and fleet assessment
Assignment rules, delay cause list and availability definitions written down and agreed between areas.
Dispatch system selection
Prioritised requirements, a guided visit with each provider and a decision matrix with three-year cost.
Maintenance and ERP integration
Hour meters and alarms to maintenance, fuel per machine and cost per tonne in your ERP.
Mine dispatch: market options
In no order of preference. What weighs most is network coverage in your pit, the mix of brands in your fleet and integration with your maintenance system.
Recognised platforms on the market
- Modular Mining DISPATCH (Komatsu)
- Caterpillar MineStar
- Hexagon MineOperate
- Wenco
- IBM Maximo (maintenance)
Selection criteria
- Works with the network available at your mine
- Compatibility with a multi-brand fleet
- Open integration with maintenance and ERP
- On-site support in Peru

See the systemMine dispatch assessment: 36 questions, 9 minutes
This assessment evaluates how heavy equipment is assigned, haul cycles are recorded and fleet availability is coordinated with maintenance. Questions review observable shift situations involving radio, daily reports, hour meters, queues, telemetry, inspections and dispatch controls.
Scored dimensions
- Assignment and dispatch. Examines how trucks and shovels are assigned, destinations are changed and dispatch decisions are recorded during each shift.
- Cycles and production. Verifies the traceability of each haul cycle, its times, material, origin, destination and tonnes moved.
- Fleet availability. Evaluates consistency across equipment records, hour meters, operating statuses, delays and maintenance schedules.
- Telemetry and fuel. Checks how equipment data, condition-based alerts and fuel deliveries are linked to dispatch and maintenance.
- Shift control. Reviews staff ability to operate dispatch, verify pre-use inspections and control record changes after each shift.
What you receive
At completion, you receive a dimension-level assessment identifying gaps and initial actions for reviewing dispatch and its data. The results support requirements definition for selecting or integrating a specialised dispatch system in coordination with its vendor and the maintenance, fuel and ERP systems.
18 scored questions and 13 context questions (type of operation, size, current system). Context questions are not scored: they let us read the result against similar operations.

Mine dispatch: frequently asked questions
No. We analyse the operation, help you choose the system and coordinate with the provider, who installs it. We connect it to maintenance and your ERP.
Yes. For a contractor, measuring cycles and delays with its own data is the basis for defending its invoicing and performance with the client.
It is one of the first points in the assessment. Some systems store data on the machine and send it when signal returns; others need coverage along the whole route.
It helps to sit in on one shift in the dispatch room. If access takes time, we start with shift reports and one month of delay sheets.
