We analyse your bookings, rates, front desk and guest billing, help you choose the PMS and channel manager, and connect them to your restaurant and accounting.
37questions, 10 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Online agency bookings are copied by hand
- There is overbooking or empty rooms for lack of synchronisation
- Rates are changed channel by channel
- Restaurant or minibar charges do not reach the account
- Housekeeping coordinates room status by radio
- Billing foreign guests needs tax treatment that is applied by hand
The cost of staying as you are
Overbooking and empty rooms
Without synchronisation, the same room is sold twice or an agency is closed while it could still sell.
Charges never collected
A restaurant slip that arrives after the guest has left is rarely recovered.
Commissions without control
If you do not know what each channel costs, the hotel may fill up with the bookings that leave the least margin.
Hotel management analysis in four steps
We start from one day at the front desk and the real cost of each channel, before looking at systems.

A day at the front desk
We follow check-ins, check-outs, rate changes and the end-of-day close, and count bookings copied by hand.
Rates, channels and rooms
We review the rate structure, the cost of each channel and the room inventory with its statuses.
PMS and channel manager requirements
We compare PMS and channel managers on connections to your agencies, restaurant integration and Peruvian e-invoicing.
Booking migration and restaurant link
We coordinate the migration of future bookings with the provider and connect the PMS to the restaurant and accounting.
Hotel management assessment and selection
We assess and help you choose
We analyse bookings, rates, front desk and guest billing, define requirements and help you choose the PMS and channel manager; then we coordinate with the provider and connect the system to your restaurant, accounting and e-invoicing. We do not offer our own implementation of hotel systems.
Bookings and front desk assessment
Booking flow per channel, rate rules and cost per channel, written down and approved by you.
PMS and channel manager selection
Prioritised requirements, a demo with your real rates and a decision matrix with three-year cost.
Restaurant and accounting integration
Charges posted to the room from the point of sale and closed accounts to accounting and e-invoicing.
Hotel management: market options

The analysis reviews how your hotel receives bookings from each channel, maintains rates and availability, runs the guest folio and closes the day. The questions describe observable situations at the front desk, reservations, housekeeping and administration.
Scored dimensions
- Reservations and channels. Looks at how bookings from each channel arrive and whether availability matches across the PMS, the website and the OTAs.
- Rates and room inventory. Looks at whether room types, capacity, status and rates by season and channel are kept in one place.
- Guest stay and folio. Looks at how the folio is opened at check-in, how charges arrive and how housekeeping reports each room's status.
- Payments, night audit and tax. Looks at how deposits, guarantees and refunds are controlled, how the day is closed and how VAT-exempt invoices to non-resident tourists are supported.
- Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. Looks at whether occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room and the cost of each channel come from the system and are used to set rates.
- Front desk team and registration. Looks at whether each front desk and housekeeping shift can run the PMS and whether guest registration and reporting to Migraciones are done without depending on one person.
What you receive
At the end you receive your hotel's level in six dimensions, from bookings and channels to payments and registration. Each gap comes with a first action you can verify with your own booking and folio data.
18 scored questions and 14 context questions (type of operation, size, current system). Context questions are not scored: they let us read the result against similar operations.
