Card and QR payments that reconcile with your sales
We analyze how you take payments, help you choose a processor and connect terminals, QR codes and payment links to your till, store and accounting.

36questions, 9 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- The amount is keyed twice: at the till and on the terminal
- QR or link payments are not tied to the order
- The processor settlement is reconciled by hand
- Fees are not recorded per sale
- Duplicate payments are sorted out by phone
- Each channel uses a different gateway with no single view
Company profile for payments and terminals, and when it is not a fit
Good fit
- You take card, QR or link payments in more than one channel.
- Treasury matches processor payouts to the bank statement by hand.
- There have been duplicate or pending payments, or chargebacks with no clear trail.
Poor fit
- You collect almost everything in cash or transfer: integration saves little.
- You only want the lowest fee: that is negotiated with the processor, no project needed.
- Sales are not recorded in a system: the sale comes first.

The cost of staying as you are
Duplicate charges
A terminal that doesn't respond and a retry without checking end in a customer charged twice and a slow refund.
Fees nobody sees
If the deposit arrives net, each sale's fee never shows up in the margin until someone looks for it.
Closings that drag on
Reconciling slips, portals and deposits by hand takes days of back-office time every month.
Payments and terminals analysis in four steps
Process and data first, the tool second. Each step ends in a deliverable you review.

One week of payments
We match one week of sales against settlements and deposits, and classify each difference by cause.
Payment methods and accounts
With accounting we define the account, fee and payout time of each payment method.
Processor API and hardware
We review the processor's documentation and integration kit, and test the real terminal before committing to dates.
Integration with monitoring
We connect till, web and settlements to accounting, with alerts for uncertain, failed or duplicate payments.
Your company's inputs to the payments and terminals project
The list is confirmed at the first meeting and adjusted to your case.
Data
- Contracts and rates for each processor
- Settlement reports from recent months
- Chart of accounts and settlement bank accounts
People
- Treasury or accounting, who reconcile today
- The till or online store manager
Access
- Read-only user on the processor portal
- Test (sandbox) credentials for the integration
Payments and terminals assessment, selection and integration
We assess, choose with you and integrate
Scope
We analyze your payments, help you choose a processor and connect the card terminal, QR or payment link to your till, online store and accounting. The contract and certification come from the processor; we build the integration and reconciliation.
Payments assessment
Differences classified by cause, payment methods with account and fee, and a list of integrations.
Processor selection
Comparison of options available in Peru by fee, payout time, hardware and API documentation.
Integration and reconciliation
Terminal connected to the till, links tied to the order and settlements loaded into accounting.
Market options for payments and terminals
In no order of preference. The choice comes from your requirements, your budget and the systems you already have.
Odoo Point of Sale and Website with payment providers
Odoo Point of Sale and Website include standard connectors with several payment providers; for local processors there are add-ons, or they are developed. In every case we first review the processor's API.
Other platforms we assess
- Izipay
- Niubiz
- OpenPay (BBVA)
- Mercado Pago
- Culqi
- Stripe
- Adyen
Selection criteria
- Fee and payout time per payment method
- API documentation and integration kit
- A terminal compatible with your till and operating system
- Settlement report downloadable or via API
Payments and terminals limits and ways to cover them
The gateway does not reconcile with accounting on its own
Settlements, fees and ledger accounts are connected in the ERP.
Outsourcing payments does not remove security duties
It is documented what the processor controls and what the company controls.
Onboarding and fees depend on the processor
We compare options and connect the chosen one; your company signs the contract with the processor.

This analysis reviews how you collect with pinpad, Yape, Plin, link or web checkout, and how each payment reaches the sale and accounting. The questions describe checkout, treasury and processor portal access situations.
Scored dimensions
- Payment at the point of sale. It looks at how payment is taken at the store POS, the pinpad or the QR code, and how an attempt with an uncertain result is handled.
- Payment reference on the sale. It checks whether each receipt, invoice or web order keeps the authorization code, the transaction identifier and the channel where it was collected.
- Processor settlement and deposits. It looks at how the gateway settlement, with fees, withholdings and deposit terms, reaches accounting and is matched with each store's sales.
- Voids, failures and chargebacks. It looks at how refunds to card or wallet are approved, how failed or duplicated payments are recorded and how a chargeback is answered within the processor's deadline.
- Card security and portals. It looks at who logs in to the processor portal, with which permissions, and whether the company knows its PCI DSS scope and what each provider takes on.
What you receive
At the end you receive your level in payment, reference, settlement, incidents and access, with the main gap in each. You also receive the first step to take at the checkout and in treasury.

No. The contract is between your company and the processor, and money goes straight to your account. We only connect the systems.
Yes, in the processor's sandbox. Before going live we also test with the real terminal, because the sandbox does not show every failure.
