Know what every site, shop and project earns before the month closes
We put your purchasing, stock and invoicing in order, then choose the technology, Odoo included.

Three industries, three workflows
Where margin slips away in each industry
Tap your industry to open its workflow: what happens today, what changes and the demo screens.
Your industry in the demo
The workflow you will see on the first call, industry by industry
Each tab shows what happens today, what changes and the screens of a lab Odoo instance with demo data.
01 · Construction and engineering
Know each budget line’s spend before you bill progress
Today the budget sits in S10 or a spreadsheet, purchases in email threads, and the actual cost shows up when accounting closes the month. By then the site has moved on.
What we combine
Today
- The site manager orders materials over WhatsApp.
- Purchasing collects quotes in scattered emails.
- Site cost is rebuilt in a spreadsheet at month-end.
- Progress valuations are retyped to invoice.
After the change
- The requisition leaves the site with its budget line.
- Quotes and the purchase order sit in one record.
- Actual cost builds up by budget line as the work progresses.
- The approved valuation creates the electronic invoice.
02 · Distribution and retail
Every till sale comes off the right shop’s stock
Today the till, the warehouse and purchasing keep separate counts. Stock is reconciled at month-end and reordering is decided by looking at the shelves.
What we combine
Today
- Each shop keeps its own stock notebook.
- The till invoices in one system and the warehouse deducts in another.
- Reordering is decided by walking the shelves.
- Card sales are reconciled by hand.
After the change
- Stock for every shop on one screen.
- Every till sale comes off that shop’s warehouse.
- Reordering rules propose the purchase order.
- Card terminal payments reach accounting already matched.
03 · Professional services
Logged hours reach the invoice with no spreadsheet in between
Today hours go into a separate sheet, progress invoices are put together by hand and the project margin is known only once it has ended.
What we combine
Today
- Hours go into a separate sheet.
- Progress invoices are built by hand.
- Nobody knows which project uses more hours than were sold.
- Collections are chased by email.
After the change
- Hours are logged by project and task.
- The contract sets what is invoiced at each milestone.
- Hours sold against hours used, by project.
- Each invoice stays linked to its project, payment included.
How we start
First we look at how a purchase gets approved today
With that map we choose the technology: Odoo, an integration, a dashboard or an AI agent, depending on what the process needs.
10 minutes
Online assessment
You answer questions on purchasing, stock, invoicing and reporting, whenever it suits you.
30 minutes
Call with Diego
We go through your answers and walk your industry’s workflow live in the lab Odoo.
After the call
Phased proposal
We send the scope of each phase with its deliverable and price. You decide whether to go ahead.
“I ask to see how the last purchase was approved. That trail tells me more than any list of requirements.”

What it takes to start
Another industry: we start with the same assessment
Agribusiness, education, healthcare or manufacturing: the assessment questions apply to any operation with purchasing, inventory and invoicing. In 10 minutes you tell us where yours gets stuck.
Systems by industry: agribusiness, healthcare, mining, hotels, restaurants, multi-store retail, education and real estate.
Pages by sector: mining, oil and field services and manufacturing.
Questions management asks before starting
If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp; Diego Muñoz answers.
Not necessarily. The assessment can end in a process change, an integration with your current system or a dashboard on the data you already have. Odoo comes in when the assessment points to it.
Yes. These three are the industries we show in detail on this site. The method starts from the process, so it works for any operation with purchasing, inventory, invoicing or projects.
Your accountant takes part in the design. If the books stay in another system, we define which data moves across and in what format; if they move to Odoo, we set up your chart of accounts with the Peruvian localisation for SUNAT and the PLE electronic ledgers.
No. We migrate master data and balances from your sheets: products, customers, suppliers, budget lines and opening balances. You check the migration in the lab before go-live.
No. They come from a lab Odoo instance with a fictitious company and demo data. On the first call we walk through the same workflow live.
It depends on the scope the assessment sets. Each phase has its own deliverable and price, and you sign one off before moving to the next.
