A website your team edits and that fills your CRM

We analyze your current site and build one with the Odoo builder: pages editable without coding, three languages and forms that create opportunities. This site is built that way.

What it is: Website and content management system (CMS)

Publishing without depending on the provider

A content management system (CMS) lets you publish and edit pages, blog posts and forms without coding, in several languages. Properly connected, each form reaches the CRM with its source page and campaign.

Without one, every change waits for the provider who built the site and inquiries are recovered by hand from an inbox.

Signs your company needs one

  • Every website change needs the provider who built it
  • Forms go to an inbox nobody checks
  • The website doesn't look right on phones
  • There is no English version for foreign customers
  • Nobody knows which pages generate contacts
  • Publishing products or properties means duplicate work
Who it is for

Company profile for website, and when it is not a fit

Good fit

  • Every website change depends on an agency or a developer.
  • Forms land in an inbox and nobody knows which page they came from.
  • Website products and prices do not match the ERP.

Poor fit

  • You need a custom application with its own logic: a CMS is not the tool.
  • Nobody writes or updates content: the site goes stale.
  • You run a high-traffic editorial outlet: a dedicated CMS is worth assessing.
If nothing changes

The cost of staying as you are

  1. Campaigns that wait

A landing page for an ad takes weeks if it depends on the provider; the ad goes to a generic page.

  2. Contacts nobody sees

The form works, but it lands in an inbox checked now and then. The customer has already written to someone else.

  3. Out-of-date prices

The website says one price and the quote another. Every difference is an awkward conversation with the customer.

DMG-RT method

Website analysis in four steps

Process and data first, the tool second. Each step ends in a deliverable you review.

Diego Muñoz, process and technology consultant
  1. A visitor's journey

We come in as a customer from an ad and from Google, on a phone, and follow the path to contact. We note where people drop off.

  2. Content and data

We review pages, search titles, languages and where the catalog and prices come from.

  3. Site map and connections

We propose the page structure, each page's path to a contact and how forms connect to the CRM.

  4. Build and handover

We build with editable blocks, measure contacts per page and train two people on your team to maintain it.

Market

Market options for website

In no order of preference. The choice comes from your requirements, your budget and the systems you already have.

Odoo Website

Odoo Website is a visual builder with blocks, a per-language translator and forms that create CRM opportunities. It shares products and prices with sales and inventory. This site is built with it.

Other platforms we assess

  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Drupal
  • Wix
  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • Contentful

Selection criteria

  • Editing without coding by your team
  • Languages and reviewable translation
  • Forms connected to the CRM
  • Mobile speed and control of search titles
Limits

Website limits and ways to cover them

  • A CMS does not write the content

Each area's publishing scope and frequency are defined.

  • Search ranking takes time and is not guaranteed

Each page's title, description, URL and speed are handled and measured in Search Console.

  • Odoo Website is not built for complex custom applications

When the case calls for it, the site is integrated with a separate application.

Online assessment

Website assessment: 36 questions, 9 minutes

This assessment reviews how your site catalog is published and corrected and what happens to each inquiry it receives. The questions describe observable situations in editing, product sheets, forms, measurement and access.

Scored dimensions

  • Catalog and web product sheets. It looks at whether products, pack sizes, prices and data sheets on the site come from the same master data used by sales and whether each page is prepared for search engines.
  • In-house editing and publishing. It looks at whether the company team creates and corrects pages with the site blocks, with prior review and a phone check, without relying on the vendor.
  • Quote request capture. It looks at whether each form, WhatsApp button or quote request reaches the CRM with the source page, an assigned sales rep and a response deadline.
  • Page source and load time. It looks at whether the company knows which pages and campaigns produce contacts, how long each page takes on a phone and whether URLs and titles help people find it.
  • Form data and access. It looks at whether forms state the purpose of data use and keep the evidence, and whether site administration accounts have an owner and role-based permissions.

What you receive

At the end you receive your site's level across five dimensions and the gaps ranked by weight. Each gap comes with a first action your team can verify.

17 scored questions and 14 context questions (type of operation, size, current system). Context questions are not scored: they let us read the result against similar operations.

FAQ

Common questions about website

If your question is not listed, Diego answers it on WhatsApp during Lima business hours.

Yes. Pages are built from blocks edited in the browser, and we leave you a site style guide.

They stay. The domain points to the new site and email stays with your provider; we coordinate it so service is not interrupted.

The site has a per-language translator; texts are written and reviewed in each language, and machine translations are never published unreviewed.

The online assessment and the 30-minute review with Diego are free and carry no commitment.

Only Diego Muñoz sees them, to prepare the review. They are not shared with third parties or used for bulk mailings.
