36questions, 9 minutes and your result at the end
Signs your company needs one
- Ad leads land in a spreadsheet and nobody contacts them in time
- The same bulk email goes to the whole base
- Nobody knows which campaign generated a sale
- Following up cold leads depends on someone remembering
- Opt-outs are not honored across tools
- Marketing and sales argue about lead quality
Company profile for marketing automation, and when it is not a fit
Good fit
- You generate leads from ads, forms or content and sales does not follow up in time.
- You send campaigns by hand from an Excel list.
- You do not know which campaign each sale came from.
Poor fit
- There is no content or offer to send: the tool would send little.
- Sales has no CRM or follow-up process: the CRM comes first.
- The base does not record each contact's source or consent: it gets sorted out first.

The cost of staying as you are
Budget that goes cold
Every paid lead that waits days for a call is ad spend that never turns into a conversation.
Messages that annoy
The same email to everyone, even those who already bought or opted out, wears out the base and the email domain.
Budgeting blind
Without attribution, you keep paying for the campaign that brings contacts and cut the one that brings customers.
Marketing automation analysis in four steps
Process and data first, the tool second. Each step ends in a deliverable you review.

A lead's journey
We follow recent leads from each channel: how long the first reply took, which messages they got and how they ended.
Base and consent
We review the base: duplicates, source, segments, opt-outs and recorded consent.
Agreement with sales
With sales we write the qualified lead definition, the response deadline and the sequences per segment.
Connection and measurement
We connect ads, forms and WhatsApp to the CRM, with the source campaign on each lead and a sales-by-channel report.
Your company's inputs to the marketing automation project
The list is confirmed at the first meeting and adjusted to your case.
Data
- Contact base with source and consent
- Current forms, ads and lists
- Qualified lead definition agreed with sales

Marketing automation limits and ways to cover them
Automation does not create demand
Audiences, offers and content are defined first; sequences come after.
Inbox delivery depends on the domain and the base
The domain is authenticated and contacts are cleaned before the first send.
The marketing platform is implemented by its provider
We assess, help you choose and connect forms, ads, email and WhatsApp to your CRM.

This analysis reviews how you capture, qualify and follow up prospects and customers by email, WhatsApp and ads. The questions describe observable situations, from a list in a sheet to a sale attributed in the POS.
Scored dimensions
- Lead capture and handoff. It checks how a lead enters from ads and forms, which criteria qualify it and how fast sales or the store follows up.
- Behavior-based sequences. It checks whether emails and WhatsApp messages are triggered by what the contact did: abandoned cart, first purchase, unused coupon or inactivity.
- Contact base and opt-outs. It checks whether a single contact base exists with source, segment and opt-out status that every sending tool honors.
- Attribution and cost per channel. It checks whether the campaign behind each store or online sale is known, what each lead cost and how each sequence performs.
- Consent and sender reputation. It checks whether each contact has recorded authorization to receive advertising, whether the email domain is authenticated and whether WhatsApp Business templates are approved.
What you receive
At the end you get your level on each lead follow-up dimension and the gaps ranked by priority. Each gap comes with the first action to close it with your current tools or a new one.
