Decide which systems to buy and in what order
Before an ERP, an AI agent or an integration, we align strategy, processes, data and applications into a roadmap management can approve.
Reference framework: The Open Group TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition
Signs that architecture is missing
- Each department bought its own system and none talk to each other
- The management report is built by hand and each area has its own figure
- Systems projects end when the system works, without measuring the benefit
- Nobody can say what to automate first or what it is worth

Six domains, one roadmap

Objectives with an owner and a KPI, and a capability map with maturity.
Business and value streams
From lead to cash, procure to pay, record to report.
Data
Single master records with owners and rules, and one figure per KPI.
Applications
A catalogue of systems, what each covers and how they integrate.
Technology
Cloud, role-based access, tested backups and support with service agreements.
Governance
Principles, a committee and a quarterly roadmap review against benefit.
The TOGAF cycle, run in weeks
The online assessment covers phase A. If we move ahead, we run the full cycle with deliverables per phase.

Before you start
We use the ADM cycle and the domains of The Open Group's TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition as a reference, with deliverables trimmed to what a mid-sized company uses to decide.
The architecture is product-independent. If the roadmap calls for an ERP, Odoo is one of the options we assess with you.
It is designed for mid-sized companies with several departments and more than one system. In a small company the online assessment and the workshop are usually enough.
The online assessment and the 30-minute review are free and carry no commitment.
Only Diego Muñoz sees your answers, to prepare the review. They are not shared with third parties or used for bulk mailings.
Start by measuring your maturity
Eight minutes to see your company's radar. If you like, we review it together afterwards.
